In order to innovate, individual creativity must be encouraged and put at the service of a shared project. This Unit of Competence will enable you to better master the organizational principles and managerial methods that will allow you to achieve this objective.

The objectives of your Unit of Competence:

  • Develop the organization's capacity to identify opportunities, seize them, and translate them into a new offer.
  • Encourage the development of entrepreneurship by integrating and supporting it within an appropriate organizational framework.
  • Create an organizational environment that encourages collaborative work practices and collective intelligence
  • Appropriate the principles of open innovation to develop knowledge with the ecosystem’s actors

Martin KUPP :
Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, ESCP Europe Business School

Martin Kupp is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy at ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and Visiting Professor at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin.

His current research focuses on entrepreneurship in established companies, incubation and acceleration, business strategy in technology markets, and the relationship between the arts and business. Martin holds a PhD from the University of Cologne.
