About

The aim of this Unit of Competence is to give you the methods and tools needed to manage an agile and innovative project by integrating collaborative modes and perspectives for the integration of all stakeholders. In this unit of Competence, you will define the key stages of an innovation project and learn how to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure its success.

Objectives of the Unit of Competence:

  • Master the main stages of an innovation project by designing it from the outset in a collaborative and integrative way.
  • Put the project in a user-centric perspective and integrate stakeholders in the co-creation of value.
  • Understand the importance of good communication in the conduct of a project and make it a key factor of success.
  • Integrate and promote new ways of developing innovative projects within the organisation.

Béatrice COLLIN:
Professor of Strategy and International Management, ESCP Europe Business School

Béatrice Collin is a Professor of Strategy and International Management at ESCP Europe Business School.

Her teaching and research focus on international companies, their strategy, governance and management issues, particularly those related to innovation and cultural diversity. Béatrice is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques de Paris and completed her doctoral studies jointly with the Department of Economics and the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, NY.

Jeannine ROUTIER PUCCI:
Affiliate Professor at ESCP Europe.

Her teaching focuses on communication strategies and is aimed at students in Specialized Masters and Executive Education.

In addition to a career in the Department of Romance Studies at Cornell University from 1981 to 2015, where she taught languages, literature, and especially translation, she has also developed a targeted teaching method on oral and written expression, rhetoric and strategy of persuasion for international executives and managers.
